Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the administration of the corgate.online service (the “Administration”) and the user (the “User”) regarding the use of the corgate.online service (the “Service”). Registering with the Service, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Service provides the User with a secure network connection to corporate resources: traffic encryption, data protection when working over untrusted networks, and access to internal company services from anywhere in the world.

1.2. The list of plans, their prices, and their contents are published on the corgate.online website in the Pricing section. Individual terms are available for corporate clients by agreement with the Administration.

2. Registration and account

2.1. To use the Service, the User creates an account by providing a valid email address.

2.2. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all actions performed under their account.

2.3. The User must not share account access with third parties unless the selected plan provides otherwise.

3. Payment and subscription

3.1. Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis for the period specified in the selected plan. The price of each plan is displayed on the website before payment.

3.2. Payment is made using the methods available in the personal account. The service is considered delivered when the subscription is activated after payment confirmation.

3.3. When the paid period ends, access is suspended until the next payment unless auto-renewal is enabled.

4. Refunds

4.1. A refund is possible if the service was not delivered due to technical issues on the Service side and the Administration was unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time.

4.2. Refund requests must be sent to support@corgate.online within 24 hours of the problem occurring, with a description of the situation.

4.3. Once access to the Service has actually been provided and no technical issues exist on the Service side, no refund is made.

5. Acceptable use

5.1. The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

5.2. It is prohibited to use the Service for sending spam, distributing malware, attacking information systems, or any other unlawful activity.

5.3. If the User violates this Agreement, the Administration may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Service without a refund.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. All materials of the Service (texts, design elements, software) belong to the Administration or are used lawfully.

6.2. Copying and distributing the Service's materials without the rights holder's permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure.

7.2. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses of the User arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

7.3. The User is solely responsible for their own actions performed using the Service.

8. Data processing

8.1. The Administration collects the minimum data required for the Service to operate and takes reasonable measures to protect it. See the Privacy Policy published on the website for details.

9. Changes to the terms

9.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement. The current version is always available on this page.

9.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Contacts

10.1. For any questions about the Service, payments, or refunds, contact support: support@corgate.online.
